Not to book — you can book any of our treatments directly online or by phone. A referral only matters if you want to claim a Medicare rebate for psychology: that runs through the Better Access initiative and needs a Mental Health Treatment Plan and a referral from your usual GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician. It covers up to ten individual sessions per calendar year, with your referral usually covering six at a time before a GP review. You are welcome to book privately without one.

It depends on the service. Acupuncture and remedial massage are claimable with Medibank, and our practitioners in both hold provider numbers — though for massage only the remedial option qualifies, not relaxation. Naturopathy is not currently covered by health funds. Psychology runs through Medicare rather than a fund, under Better Access. Other funds and policies differ from Medibank, so please check with your own fund before your appointment — we cannot confirm what you will get back. Yes — integrative care is what we do. Our practitioners work collaboratively, and treatments can be combined with a Reset Rooms session where that suits you.

Your first session starts with an unhurried consultation about your health history, current concerns and what you’d like to focus on, so your plan is built around you from the start.

Fees vary by practitioner and session length, and are listed on each treatment page. Consultation fees cover your clinical time. Any prescribed herbal preparations, supplements or functional pathology testing are billed separately.
