Frequently asked questions
Not to book — you can book any of our treatments and Reset Rooms sessions directly online or by phone. A referral only matters if you want to claim a Medicare rebate for psychology, which needs a Mental Health Treatment Plan and a referral from your usual GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician.
Your first session starts with an unhurried consultation about your health history, current concerns and what you’d like to focus on, so your care is built around you from the start.
Yes — integrative care is what we do. Our practitioners work collaboratively, and treatments can be combined with a Reset Rooms session where that suits you.
Some of our practitioners hold Medibank provider numbers, so whether you can claim depends on the practitioner you see, the service you book and your level of cover. Rebate eligibility is listed on each practitioner’s profile. Please check with your fund before your appointment.
We are open seven days a week, Monday to Sunday, from 8:00am to 8:00pm at 7 West Promenade, Manly NSW 2095.
