  • Provides active B12, 5-MTHF and 24mg of highly bioavailable Iron bisglycinate (Meta Fe®).
  • Vegetable capsule suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Also suitable for pregnancy.
Each capsule contains:
Iron amino acid chelate (Meta Fe® – Iron bisglycinate) 120 mg
Equivalent Iron 24 mg
Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 100 mg
Equivalent Ascorbic acid 80 mg
Mecobalamin (Co-methylcobalamin) 500 micrograms
Pyridoxine hydrochloride 5.0 mg
Levomefolate calcium 216 micrograms
Equivalent Levomefolic acid (5-Methyltetrahydrofolate) 200 micrograms
Adults: 1 capsule daily with food
