Traditional Chinese Medicine is an intricate and almost poetic system that has an entirely different way of understanding the human body compared to western science. I’m constantly trying to draw parallels and comparisons to make it easier to understand not just for me but mostly for my clients who have invested their effort into this beautiful healing modality.
As a practitioner I draw upon my in-depth knowledge to carefully select the particular aspect or technique of TCM that each patient requires. During this process I hope to educate them in the TCM disease process to actively engage them in their own healing process. This of course is dependent on many factors, not simply the current disease but also the physical, emotional and environmental demands on my patients. In this way we can see that a person is the sum total of all of their parts, therefore we will work together, as a team, to help you care for your body and live at your optimal potential.
My skills as a TCM practitioner have been steadied by my last 9 years of yoga teaching where I have been working with people and dis-ease through empowering people to better understand their body and begin their own healing journey.

Morgan is a registered Holistic Counsellor with the ACA, accredited EFT Tapping and Matrix Re-imprinting practitioner, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach and certified Meditation and Yoga Teacher.
In sessions she uses a powerful combination of techniques coupled with a deeply compassionate approach to support clients in cutting through limiting beliefs, reducing anxiety and overwhelm, gaining clarity and finding peace and forgiveness.
She integrates practical and powerful holistic lifestyle habits to support clients in shifting mindset, finding calm and creating balance and joy in their lives.
Holistic Counselling combines traditional counselling with complimentary and alternative modalities that takes into account a person’s holistic being, covering their emotional, mental, physical, social and spiritual aspects, in order to come up with a treatment plan that supports them to achieve peace of mind and wellbeing.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as Tapping, is an evidence based method to reduce anxiety, stress, PTSD, and depression. It involves tapping specific acupressure points on the face and hands to stimulate a shift in energy stagnation, brain function and the nervous system.

Donna truly believes that Yoga and Meditation has changed her life, and is a major component to helping her clients live a balanced life, in an ever increasingly busy world.
Donna is a certified Yoga Teacher and Meditation Facilitator with a deep passion for helping her students access the life changing powers of mindfulness practices.
Donna’s passion for Yoga and Meditation is centred around the need to balance the Yin & Yang in her life. She initially discovered the foundations of merging the Yin and Yang whilst living with a Shaman in Mexico in 2009 followed by further studies in meditation and reiki whilst living in the jungles of Guatemala for ten months.
She has been practicing Yoga for over 16 years and completed her Yoga Teacher Training under the Krishnamacharya lineage in Bali in 2015. Donna currently teaches Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga and Meditation in Sydney, Australia and has also lead retreats in Australia and Croatia. She is also the proud owner and partner in an ocean based Yoga business in Sydney, Flow mOcean, offering both SUP Yoga & Kayak Yoga classes.
Donna’s aim is to inspire her students to experience connection through linking meditation and movement, giving them a personal feeling of strength, space and inner calm. She draws inspiration from her love of nature, the ocean and her recent travels in India and Bali.
In addition to her passion for Yoga and Meditation, Donna is an ocean lover, surfer, hiker and active adventurer and philanthropist. She has lead overseas charity adventure tours such as cycling through Cambodia or Trekking in Peru.
Kari lives simply and consciously. A self proclaimed extroverted introvert, her love of people and creating connections come natural, but it is her passion for knowledge and creating a healthier way of living & being that give her purpose.
Kari is an independent meditation teacher. She has consistently invested time & energy into meditation knowledge and holistic wellbeing practices. She draws her understanding from ancient wisdom, modern science, accomplished masters, and direct experience. She teaches modern techniques in a way that is achievable and effective for all people to learn, and shares a simple understanding of how to effortlessly create the conditions for the body & mind to un-stress and restore health naturally.
Her teaching is designed for people that are interested in going from who they are to who they would rather be in terms of their time, energy, health, consciousness, and happiness. The courses are for people who want to live a better life and to be a better version of themselves. For themselves, their families/communities and for the greater common good. Kari provides guidance to ensure that techniques are done correctly and equips individuals to be self sufficient in meditation and personal health practices. She offers on-going support for people through the transformation that is an inevitable part of a regular meditation practice and personal evolution.
Kari has faith in humanity and trust in nature. She believes that meditation is the most powerful gift that you can give yourself and that simple, natural routine habits are an essential aspect for good health, personal & evolutionary growth, and progressive change in the world.
