Learn More About Chiropractic
Katie is a Chiropractor passionate about empowering patients to take a more proactive role in their health.
In practice, she adopts an evidence-based approach to reduce pain and improve musculoskeletal function. Her treatments have a strong focus on restoring joint mobility, improving proper functional movement patterns, correcting muscular imbalances and educating patients on how posture and body mechanics impact their overall health.

With a patient-centred philosophy, Katie develops individualised treatment management strategies specific to your needs.

She will address your current symptoms, resolve the underlying root of your concern and implements active care strategies to minimise risk of future re-injury.

Katie is experienced in treating a wide range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, pain presentations, jaw, spine and extremity issues, headaches, sport injuries, movement dysfunction, pregnancy, postnatal and paediatric complaints.

An advocate for living a well balanced lifestyle, Katie enjoys meeting new people, eating good food, practicing vinyasa yoga, exploring the world and attempting anything creative. Her love for helping patients is shadowed only by the love she has for her chunky little Maltese Shitzu Gus Gus. She is a firm believer that maintaining strength and flexibility through the body and laughing hard and often is the best anti-aging defence there is.

Katie began her journey studying a Bachelor of Health Sciences with an Honours in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa, Canada. She later completed a second Bachelor degree in Chiropractic Science and finally a Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University here in Sydney. A published researcher, Katie has also won awards with her co-authored original research on improving chiropractic patient management outcomes.

In a constant pursuit of professional development, Katie has completed further postgraduate courses and seminars on Pregnancy, Paediatrics, Functional Movement, Dry needling and KinesioTaping. She is also currently completing a postgraduate program in chiropractic paediatrics.
